Gwyneth Paltrow Wants You to Eliminate White Foods
Gwyenth Paltrow, in her latest email newsletter for her website GOOP, relays some advice from one of her three doctors (one in London, one in New York and one in Los Angeles) who have helped her "tremendously":
[T]ry eliminating “white” foods, those that are made with sugar, white flour and milk. If you eliminate them one at a time, start with flour, then eliminate dairy and then sugar. Sugar is easier to quit after a few weeks of no other “white” stuff.
The other advice is to sleep eight hours a day and exercise 45 minutes a day. Yep. I'm on it.
