Gordon Ramsay Holdings Voted the "Most Admired Restaurant Brand" in the UK
As voted by 95 senior restaurant industry executives, and 108 independent restaurant managers, Gordon Ramsay Holdings beat out McDonalds and Wagamama for the top spot. The Guardian UK says:
Will the poll trigger a moment of existential doubt in Mr Ramsay? I doubt it. But maybe it should. Is this really how any serious chef wants to be remembered? Was it really Gordon's dream, after securing three Michelin stars for Royal Hospital Road, to one day top a chart of "chain operators", two places above McDonald's?
