It's All Fenugreek To Me

The mysterious source of the maple syrup smell that's randomly wafted over New York City the past few years was revealed: a plant in North Bergen, N.J. processes fenugreek seeds to produce fragrances.

"It just happens to be one of the aromas we will have to live with," Mayor Bloomberg said.
