Big Deals: Napa's Ubuntu Lands a Cookbook

Jeremy and Deannie Fox, the husband-and-wife team behind Napa vegetarian restaurant Ubuntu (which is New York Times critic Frank Bruni's second-favorite restaurant in the country, and which is also a yoga studio) have signed with Artisan Books to produce The Ubuntu Cookbook. Artisan is the powerhouse behind award-winning cookbooks from Thomas Keller, Eric Ripert, Frank Stitt, and other boldface names, so rest assured that The Ubuntu Cookbook will be up on the shelf with the rest of the glossy, hardcover, drool-inducing food porn. No word on whether recipes will be presented with accompanying yoga poses.
