Swear in a Texas Restaurant, Go Directly to Jail
Well, fudge. A man in Galveston, Texas was arrested for saying the f-word in a public restaurant not once, but twice. A police officer eating in the restaurant overheard the man say "I can't believe you're so f---ing stupid" closely followed by "What the f--- were you thinking?"
A manager complained, and the man was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Never mind the fact that the arrest itself is ludicrous, you think there's a restaurant on earth that can function properly without that most satisfying of four-letter words or one of its foreign equivalents? We think not.
