Little Chef to Roll Out Heston Blumenthal's Menu Nationwide

The Little Chef chain of roadside eateries in the UK (similar to Denny's or Big Boy) has "taken the decision in principle to replace its menu with that created by the triple-Michelin starred chef in all its 175 restaurants," the Telegraph reports, starting with an extended trial in other parts of the country.

Back in February, the UK's Channel 4 ran a TV series called Big Chef Takes On Little Chef that followed Heston Blumenthal as he struggled to revamp the menu, including a full-scale redesign of the interiors and graphics. The agreement was to do a test-run at one location in Popham, 100 miles west of London, and it's turned out to be hugely successful, a destination unto itself.
