It's a Book Deal for Fleisher's Grass-fed & Organic Meats

After being written about in reverent terms not only in every "Butchers: So Hot Right Now" trend piece but also featuring prominently in the year's most polarizing culinary memoir, it's about sweet time the Kingston, New York-based Fleisher's Grass-Fed & Organic Meats landed a book deal. Publishers Weekly reports that the inevitable has been undertaken by publishers Clarkson Potter, who brought in writer Alexandra Zissou Zissu to assist Fleisher's proprietors (and former vegetarians — that's how you know they mean it) Joshua and Jessica Applestone through their semi-cookbook/semi-treatise, which will "offer guidance on everything from buying to butchering and cooking various grass-fed, organic meats."
