The internet phenomenon that is "Slap Chop Rap" — the auto-tuned remix video of the Slap Chop infomercial by DJ Steve Porter that's gotten an astounding 3.7 million views — has made the big time, airing on television. TMZ reports that the remix "hit the airwaves as a bona fide infomercial," and while we can't find any confirmation that it did in fact air, let's give TMZ the benefit of the doubt on this one.

They didn't mess with the original video at all, except scenes from the 1984 film Breakin' were substituted with lame stock footage of dancers because "licensing clips... would have been too complex," DJ Steve Porter tweeted.
